Trying new ways..#workinprogress

Togetherness
I hold onto the story of us,
stitched together with shared blood,
meals and laughters at the same table.

scribbles on the same school bench.

You and I—weren’t we meant to last?
I held on too long,
like gripping the edge of a dream.

But we grew,
and the table was already broken.
Had it always been?
Why didn’t I see?
The room is empty now.

Is it time to stand?
to walk away..

A New Chapter A new tide rises, carrying life wit

A New Chapter

A new tide rises,
carrying life within me—
a whisper of existence blooming in the dark.

Once, I held you in my hands.
Now, you are dust on the wind,
a name the air barely remembers.
This is the horror of being alive.

People vanish—
even those we have woven into our souls.
At any moment,
a breath, then silence.

Yet, I keep tethering myself to life,
fragile threads spun from love,
knowing they, too, will unravel.

There must be a way
to make peace with the tide that pulls us in,
then scatters us like fallen leaves.

You, I, my child, my love—
all tiny echoes in the vast, turning wheel.
We arrive, we touch, we fade.

And so, I search for meaning,
layer by layer,
in the strokes of my paintings

Love is the only real thing—the one force that truly moves us.
We feel it more deeply than anything else,
and in that feeling, we know we are alive.

Tree of Life There must be something that connects

Tree of Life
There must be something that connects us all,
Something greater than ourselves,
Something that outlives us.
Perhaps a Tree of Life,
Where we dangle from its branches,
Waiting to be ripened, to be released.

I never fully acknowledged this body
Until it gave life to you,
Nourished you,
Held the strength to create and sustain.

This body—my body—
Makes love to a gorgeous man,
Carries me through the world,
A vessel woven with the threads
Of my ancestral history and essence.

I was ripened,
I gave life,
And it was deeply satisfying.

How do you portray kindness?
 We live in separate worlds, divided by invisible, unbreakable walls.
 I am the immigrant, and you remain in our hometown.

We are expanding, yet shrinking all at once.
 I am learning to understand cycles, to embrace the rhythm of beginnings and endings.

I have moved beyond the simplicity of minimalist p

I have moved beyond the simplicity of minimalist pictures. I crave more—to see more, to say more. Painting, to me, is a boundless medium, capable of unraveling entire stories, rich with detail, like an epic film unfolding on the canvas. It can echo history, embody emotions, and reveal the layers of time, characters, metaphors, and symbols.

I’m no longer content with capturing a single emotion, though that, too, has its place. My aim is far grander: to weave entire narratives, entire novels, within each painting. This is my challenge, my devotion—each brushstroke a sentence, each canvas a story waiting to be told.
