The process of making art and how it becomes that means everything to me. I work with different mediums; paint, clay to form vassals, and thread. Sisterhood is a long distance collaboration between me and my sister. It is a safe space we created to still motivate each other and create together, despite living in two different sides of the world (Tehran and New York City) and minimum chance to really work together. We get our inspiration from the beauties of our motherland and its architectural places which have always nourished us in different ways.
